1. Research Privacy First

At Sci-database, we believe research data—especially unpublished manuscripts and embargoed results—deserves rigorous confidentiality. We do not sell your personal data or document content.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Credentials: Email address and authentication tokens via Google OAuth or email sign-in.
• Uploaded Research Papers: PDFs and documents you upload solely to execute structured extraction workflows.
• First-Party Telemetry & Consent: Anonymized usage attribution (e.g. referral channel, page visits) stored with user consent.

3. How We Protect Your Documents

Your research documents and extraction databases are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest. Documents are processed ephemerally for extraction and are never used to train public commercial models.

4. Your Rights & Data Portability

You maintain total control of your data. You may download all extracted tables at any time in CSV, Excel, or JSON formats, or permanently delete individual jobs, files, or your entire account.
